Q: what Services dOes Getchell Amplifier CO Offer?
-Full showroom with stations to demo equipment. Our Showroom is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6PM
and by appointment only for pickups Tuesdays through Thusdays from 12-6:30PM. Please call us at 317-919-1061 during normal business hours for reservations!
-We service 1960s and 1970s gear. We are APPOINTMENT ONLY for repairs or restorations, we do not accept walk ins, and we have a waiting list. Please call us for more information

Q: What type Of Gear DO WE WORK ON?
-We primarily specialize in restoring 1970s era Amplifiers, tuners, receivers, turntables, and speakers.
WE DO NOT WORK ON THE FOLLOWING:
-VCRS, DVD players, CD players, AV receivers, Car Audio, Computers, Cassette Decks, Reel to Reels, Mechanical Changer (stacker) type turntables, 8 track players, or anything newer than 1980.
-We DO offer Refoam service newer (1980-1990s) hi-fi passive speakers of all different brands,
q: DOES GETCHELL AMPLIFIER CO OFFER SHIPPING?
A: Not at this time
q: WHAT IF IM NOT SATISFIED WITH GETCHELL AMPS?
A: We do everything we can to make your experience at Getchell Amplifier Co. as pleasurable as possible. We offer the best warranty in the industry. If you should have a problem with your equipment, we will do our best to repair replace, or refund until you are satisfied. Should you be dissatisfied with our services, Please contact us and give us an opportunity to make things right!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are FINAL. Any malfunctioning equipment that falls under warranty will be repaired or replaced with equivalent or better unit. Because we are not a big box store and have limited inventory on rare items, we cannot get a manufactures credit for 40-50 year old equipment. What happens if you don't like the way something sounds or it is just not working out the way you would like? We will purchase it back at wholesale pricing (around 50% of the sale price) OR give you store credit towards an upgrade. Since most used equipment resellers usually only have a 30 second/30 foot warranty (meaning none at all) we feel this goes above and beyond our competitors.
